[Day 8 Part 3]Gwanghwamun Square

A great way to see Gwanghwamun Square area is start from Gyeongbokgung Palace. The end of Gwanghwamun will connected to Cheonggyecheon Stream.  From the gate you can look down the beautiful boulevard. There is moving traffic on both sides, but the center square is wide and has much history. Gwanghwamun Square is a public area located in the heart of central Seoul that features museums, statues, and beautiful surrounding views.

As i steps to the pathway spotted korean ladies with hanbok. Might be they have occasion at this area.

 The 'Waterway of History,' a stream flowing on tiles with inscriptions of Korean history.

Because its sunny spring season, korean residents are picnic at the garden.


King Sejong is best remembered as the inventor of Hangeul, the Korean alphabet.

The Statue of Admiral Yi Sun-Shin
There are 23 Fountain infront of the statue are in honor of the 23 battles he fought using 12 warships.
