Yes..im Kuchingities.!!
So, lets take a look some of Kuching famous building!!!
All of the photo taken from Waterfront Kuching. Means, all those buildings you can watch them from Waterfront!!

Ok..this is Astana..The Astana is a palace in Kuching, Sarawak, opposite the Kuching Waterfront. It is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak, the Governor of Sarawak. The name is a variation of 'istana', meaning 'palace'. It was built in 1870 by the second White Rajah, Charles Brooke, as a wedding gift to his wife, Margaret Alice Lili de Windt. The palace is not normally open to the public, although the landscaped gardens are, which can be reach by a boat ride across the Sarawak River.

Wisma Bapa Malaysia also known as Bangunan Tunku Abdul Rahman is the Sarawak state secretariat building housing various government departments, including the chief minister office. It is located in Petra Jaya, Kuching. Wisma Bapa Malaysia was designed to be similar to the Malaysian Houses of Parliament in Kuala Lumpur in many aspects.

The New Sarawak State Legislative Assembly Building (Bangunan Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak) is the current state legislative complex of Sarawak. It is the meeting place where state assemblymen from all over Sarawak will meet and preside over debates and passing of laws.
The complex is located at the north bank of the Sarawak River in between The Astana and Fort Margherita.
The building was officially opened by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin on 27 July 2009.

From this photo i want to show you 2 buildings. This front building is a double-storey colonial buildings at Gambier Street which got a major fire swept last year (Dec 23rd). And the not so high rise building at the back is Merdeka Palace Hotel. This Suites is strategically located in the heart of Kuching fronting the Padang Merdeka. It is within walking distance of the commercial and business centre, historical sites such as Sarawak State Museum & Tun Abdul Razak Museum.
